EIC Film Submissions
Submissions for EIC v22.3 OPEN August 1-November 1, 2026
Experiments in Cinema seeks seeks new and old moving image art that will engage audiences with the magic and wonder that IS un-dependent cinema!
We are interested in cinema that "steps on toes", questions authority, complicates traditions, experiments with form and content, and provides us with a view into the world that we have never seen before—challenge us (if you dare)!
We are also interested in expanded cinema/ moving image projects. To submit a proposal, please e-mail a 500 word or less proposal to bkonefsky@gmail.com so we have a clear understanding of your work.

The online festival supports only high resolution digital file (Quicktime, AVI, any non-proprietary codec)
EIC accepts works produced from any year, century or alternative dimension.
Individual entries are $25 each
Artists whose work we have accepted to previous festivals are NOT required to pay a submission fee. Email experimentsincinema@gmail.com for a waiver code.
